    School Improvement at All Saints Multi Academy Trust

    At All Saints Multi Academy Trust, we are committed to providing an excellent education for every pupil across our schools by sustaining a culture of continual reflection, collaboration, and innovation. Our plans for improvement are designed to ensure that all schools are both supported and challenged to deliver the highest standards of teaching, learning, and personal development.

    School-Level Improvement Plan

    Each school develops a clear and focused improvement plan, which is regularly reviewed and evaluated by our CEO and Directors of Education in partnership with our Trust Learning and Achievement committee. These plans provide a strategic roadmap for school development and enable leaders to identify priorities and drive forward sustainable improvement. Headteachers and their leadership teams are supported to act with ambition and accountability, ensuring that progress is measurable and impactful.

    Collaborative Review and Professional Learning

    School improvement is strengthened by effective collaboration across the Trust. Regular school reviews are undertaken with a focus on specific areas of development, enabling staff to learn from one another and adopt best practices. Reviews draw on expertise from within the Trust and may also include external perspectives to ensure objectivity and breadth of insight. Outcomes from these reviews are translated into actionable next steps, empowering staff at every level to take ownership of improvement.

    Trust-Wide Monitoring and Support

    The Chief Executive Officer and Directors of Education provide robust oversight of school performance, ensuring that both school level and Trust-wide priorities are carefully monitored. This enables timely interventions, consistent evaluation, and the sharing of effective practice across all schools. The Trust is committed to being responsive to emerging needs while maintaining a sharp focus on long-term goals.

    A central feature of our approach is the investment in leadership capacity. We are dedicated to identifying and nurturing emerging leaders across the Trust who are empowered to coordinate and lead on key areas of focus, including curriculum development, teaching and learning, assessment, and specific subject priorities. By cultivating strong leadership at every level, the Trust ensures that school improvement is embedded, sustainable, and continuously evolving.
